I received your response, and while I do not agree I will nevertheless bow to the wishes of the Regional Board as well, of course, as the Table itself.

I believe the Enemy is planning something Long-Term for this Zone. The forces in this area are slowly and subtly being bolstered. The destruction of our reinforcements is something not to take lightly. Such an overt constraint on our position is not typical in my experience.
